This is a lot involved when it comes to get into the mindfulness state. What I've realized is that thinks like binaural beats help me a lot to distract the monkey mind and let me appreciate what is. I found this amazing Android and PC app
that have helped me a lot to achieve this state. It's called ASMR Toy and I recommend it broadly.
